Dover's Yoga Place provides a comfortable and accepting environment to begin, continue, or renew your Yoga practice.   There are a lot of ideas about what a Yoga body looks like.  I believe it looks like yours, mine, and that guy over there too.  Every body is a Yoga body.   Patience with and acceptance of one's self even in the tiniest of increments is beautiful.    I am hopeful we can together build and celebrate the beauty in one another.
